Shipping Locations

At this time, Banana Tools ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order, package weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after they have been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Banana Tools is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
